SUBWAY – I need financials for business plan…?

I am looking into financing a Subway. For my partner and I the best way to do this is about half and half with loans and private money. In order to borrow around a hundred thousand we need 3 years projected profits, and a business plan. It is hard to find this information and I have had absolutely no luck besides pre-made plans that cost up to a thousand dollars. Could someone please help me out here.

Hi, it may be a bit difficult to finance your Subway with bank loans. The banks are virtually not lending any money (I know because I work for a very large one). However, Subway corporate may be able to help you although they will most likely not provide you with projected numbers (they don't want to act as if they are promising anything). They may be able to provide you with historical financial for stores in your area or across the US. You may also want to visit your local SBA office, which may be able to help you put together projections for your plan.

Another solution to raising money is to use Fundraiser, which can also be used in parallel to the above-mentioned activities. This is a program that many For-Profit and Non-Profit businesses, entrepreneurs, and income seekers are using to raise funding online for various projects. You can read more about it at: http://whiteoakpartnersinc.com/wordpress/?p=148

    Good luck!

Have you contacted the Subway marketing department – they should have the demographic data you seek (profits for stores in the size area you will be locating, for example).
